Viva Resorts by Wyndham launched the new Viva Pro Rewards Program to encourage travel advisors the opportunity to earn rewards each time they book a guest at a Viva Resorts property.
The program began in May 2024 and is available for travel advisors who are located in the U.S., Chile, Colombia, Peru and Puerto Rico, with plans to expand the rewards program to other countries.
The Viva Pro Rewards Program is available for advisors who register with valid credentials. Once they are verified, they’ll be able to enter their bookings into the website, which will calculate the rewards they’ll receive.
Points can be redeemed at any time for perks like cash, Amazon gift cards or all-inclusive stays at any Viva Resort by Wyndham.
"We created the Viva Pro Rewards Program to give back to the travel agents who have been such an integral part of our brand and growth," says Viva’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Gilda Noboa. "This program offers them the flexibility to use their rewards whenever and however they want, making it thoroughly different from what other brands offer."
Travel advisors can begin saving their points to stay at the upcoming Viva Miches by Wyndham resort, which will open in the Dominican Republic this December as the brand’s latest all-inclusive resort.
