Delta’s flight attendant application will open September 7th for its upcoming 2024 hiring classes. This Fall, the airline’s talent team and flight attendants will visit Florida, Rhode Island, Texas, Minnesota, and Nevada to answer prospective flight attendants’ questions about the role, the application process, and work schedules—along with benefit information.
Each session is hosted for two consecutive days in each city, where candidates will learn more about what it’s like to be a Delta flight attendant. Interested candidates can sign up and choose the day and time that works best with their schedule.
“We’re excited to meet face to face with locals at each of our information sessions,” said Jennifer Martin, Managing Director – In-Flight Service Customer Experience, Learning and Hiring. “Delta is excited to showcase flight attendant career opportunities outside of Atlanta and recruit top-tier applicants in their local communities.”
After each session, attendees are provided next steps for applying. The airline is seeking both English-speaking and bilingual flight attendants. Bilingual applicants will have the option to apply for a “language of destination” role. Applicants must be fluent in English and another language to be eligible for this opportunity.
