Azamara Cruises is launching 35 new “AzAmazing Evenings” for 2026.
The free cultural celebrations, which debuted in 2011, will be featured across multiple sailings throughout the year, including voyages to Alaska, Japan, Africa, the Mediterranean and South America.
Nearly every cruise of nine nights or longer features an “AzAmazing Evening” ashore, plus many seven- and eight-night cruises.
Examples of the new offerings include an evening of kagura, myth and dance in Hiroshima, Japan; a candle-lit musical performance in St. Michael’s Cave in Gibraltar, British Overseas Territory; a night at the Helsinki Music Center in Helsinki, Finland; and a performance featuring dance, acrobatics and magic at the Shanghai Centre Theatre in Shanghai, China.
"With our late-night stays and extended evenings in port, Azamara provides guests with unique opportunities to enjoy destinations after dark," says Dondra Ritzenthaler, chief executive officer of Azamara Cruises.
"Our new 2026 AzAmazing Evenings build on this initiative with experiences that truly showcase the heart of each destination and foster deeper connections with local culture, people and traditions," Ritzenthaler continued.
