In partnership with Sony Pictures Television, Norwegian Cruise Line is bringing “Wheel of Fortune Interactive” to 16 of its ships by spring 2024.
The game will be introduced first aboard Norwegian Escape, and will also debut on Norwegian Bliss, Breakaway, Dawn, Encore, Epic, Gem, Getaway, Jade, Jewel, Joy, Pearl, Sky, Spirit, Star and Sun.
“Set in the main theater and powered by TimePlay’s innovative interactive technology, guests can enjoy as a spectator, or play along in the center of the action from their mobile devices,” NCL said.
“We are committed to providing our guests with quality entertainment across their cruise journey,” said Craig Steyn, NCL’s vice president of onboard revenue operations.
“Our guests will now have the chance to be part of the iconic, Emmy-award winning ‘Wheel of Fortune’ game show.
“Not only will it bring the same excitement from the TV classic, but guests will also have the opportunity to play along for a chance to win some great prizes along the way, including a free cruise!”

Suzanne Pret, vice president of gameshows for Sony Pictures Television, noted that this is first time the company has partnered with a cruise line to offer an interactive “Wheel of Fortune” game for a cruise line.
“It will give us a unique opportunity to expand this beloved brand beyond mobile and grow our dedicated fanbase to include cruise travelers,” she said.
