For the cruise travelers who value Wi-Fi access, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will begin offering free Internet to all passengers during the 2016-17 winter voyages.
With the announcement of the Regent Seven Seas 2016-17 Winter Collection and itineraries on the company's official blog, the bombshell was dropped that everyone onboard its ships moving forward would be granted complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Currently, Regent ships only provide free Internet access to passengers staying in top suite categories and offer other customers 200 or more complimentary minutes of Wi-Fi access. The policy change will be welcomed by the guests who enjoy social media or have to work during their vacation.
As if the free Internet wasn't enough, Regent is also giving passengers the chance to experience new and exotic - and most importantly, complimentary - three-night excursions on select voyages.
Other freebies already offered by the cruise line include free alcohol, gratuities and round-trip airfare.
Regent's winter cruise itineraries for 2016-17 also feature several destinations that the company's ships have never visited. Among the new ports of call are Gisborne, New Zealand; Rijeka, Croatia; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Mazatlan, Mexico.
Starting today, reservations can be made for any of the winter itineraries for 2016-17 on the cruise line's official website, and the full Winter Collection can be viewed here.
