RSSC Launches Industry-First Co-Branded Marketing Solution for Travel Advisors

Leading luxury line Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) just announced the rollout of a comprehensive new co-branding tool called Regent Connect as an investment in its travel agency partners to help bolster their businesses.

The innovative, end-to-end solution for co-branded content is designed to empower travel advisors to supercharge their sales and marketing efforts, while simultaneously allowing them to deliver an unmatched client experience. 

“Regent Connect’s co-branding solution is a first for the cruise industry, opening up a world of possibilities for our valued Travel Advisor community to deliver luxury-caliber personalization to their guests,” said Shawn Tubman, SVP Sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “When we launched Regent Elevate, our new Travel Partner program, we promised industry-leading support for the travel trade, and Regent Connect demonstrates that we are fully committed to this pledge.”  

Regent Connect is both free for advisors and easy-to-use, and supports engagement throughout the entire sales process. And, unlike other co-branding solutions, there are no hoops to jump through—no lengthy registration forms to fill out, no passwords to remember and no waiting for account approval. Travel advisors simply enter their email address to get started with the system. 

It consists of two interconnected components: instantly co-brandable “content experiences”, which advisors can use to inspire and keep in contact with clients, and a dynamically co-branded RSSC website to help drive conversion. 

The content experiences serve to pique clients’ curiosity, from which they can click through to the agency’s the co-branded website to view real-time cruise availability, pricing and calls to action, driving leads directly to advisors.

The technology that’s powering this new service is provided by Approach Guides, a leading content optimization platform for travel brands. It’s the latest product of an ongoing, long-term collaboration between the two companies that seeks to supply innovative, best-in-class, easy-to-use applications that travel advisors can rely upon to elevate their interactions with luxury clientele.
