Scenic Group, which owns the Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises brands, reported a record-breaking end to the year, with new sales milestones and more accolades and awards for both brands.
Its market in the U.S. grew 37 percent in the number of guests that traveled this year, with a 22 percent increase in guests who booked a cruise in 2024. In Latin America, that number was 106 percent, with a 45 percent increase in guests who booked a cruise in 2024.
This past Black Friday was also the best in company history, with November 29 alone seeing a record 119 percent more net bookings than in 2023. Cyber Monday was the best sales day for the group this year, with 24 percent higher net bookings than the previous record. That being said, it’s no surprise November was the best booking month of the year.
