Windstar Cruises is celebrating Travel Advisor Appreciation Month in May with rewards, incentives and booking tools to thank its travel advisor partners for their continued support.
One lucky travel advisor will win the grand prize giveaway: a seven day “Dreams of Tahiti” cruise for two, including roundtrip airfare from Los Angeles (LAX). The cruise is valid for departures through March 31, 2027.
Throughout the entire month of May, every client booking for a 2026 Windstar cruise qualifies travel advisors for one entry into the grand prize drawing. Beyond that, advisors will earn a $100 bonus commission per stateroom, paid in addition to standard commission. There is no limit on the number of entries or bonus commissions advisors can earn.
Bookings made during Travel Advisor Appreciation Month also qualify clients for Windstar’s Q2 promotional offer, which includes a complimentary all-in package.
Windstar is also offering a collection of sailings at reduced rates especially for travel advisors. The line’s travel advisor FAM fares are sometimes a third to a half off full public cruise fares, depending on sailing and availability.
To further support travel advisors, Windstar is also introducing a new closing tool in early May: Peace of Mind Promise with Cancel for Any Reason. The new policy applies to Windstar voyages through March 31, 2027.
This year is shaping up to be an exciting one for Windstar, which recently launched its newest ship, the 224-guest Star Seeker, and is preparing to debut a second new ship, Star Explorer, later this year. The company is also looking forward to a new “mystery cruise” this fall in Spain. Additionally, Windstar is combining river and ocean cruising with its newly announced RiverOcean voyages.
“Travel advisors are at the heart of everything we do,” says Janet Bava, chief commercial officer for Windstar Cruises. “Their knowledge, dedication and ability to match the right guest with the right itinerary are essential to our success.”
