Windstar Cruises unveiled its deployment schedule for its six-ship fleet through winter 2025/26, which includes new seasonal Canary Islands sailings, new cruise tours in the Middle East and Tahiti and the reprisal of the line’s “Grand Caribbean Adventure” voyage.
Guests who book 2025/26 itineraries by Nov. 6 will receive a complimentary upgrade to the line’s All-Inclusive Fares, which include unlimited alcoholic beverages, WiFi and all gratuities, in addition to $100 per guest onboard credits.
“These opening fares are the best values Windstar will offer on these departures,” the company said.
The line, which earlier introduced a series of new Canary Islands itineraries in early 2024, will now deploy the 148-passenger Wind Star on Canary Islands’ from November 2025 through March 2026.
Windstar, which also unveiled its first series of Middle East voyages in November aboard the 312-passenger Star Legend, will offer upward of 12 sailings in the region into spring 2025, including Dubai and Muscat cruise tours in 2024 and 2025.
In addition to new voyages to the Marquesas Islands launching in 2024, Windstar is introducing two new cruise tour options in French Polynesia: a three-day Tahiti & Moorea Foodie Cruise Tour extension to the seven-day “Dreams of Tahiti” voyages; and a three-day Overwater Bungalow & Tahitian Paradises Cruise Tour, which can be added to the “Dreams of Tahiti” itineraries.
Windstar will also position the 312-passenger Star Breeze in Tahiti in February of 2024, which will replace the 148-passenger Wind Spirit.
The line is also reprising its “Grand Caribbean Adventure” aboard the 312-passenger Wind Surf, with the 55-day voyage including a variety of new ports, a partial transit of the Panama Canal and overnight stays in Jost Van Dyke, St. Barts and Virgin Gorda – and more.
Additionally, Windstar is replacing Montserrat with St. Kitts and St. Thomas with St. John on it “San Juan & the Virgin Islands sailings; and Sint Maarten’ St. Philipsburg with St. Martin’s Marigot on its “Windward Islands Surf & Sunsets” sailings.
In other developments, Windstar is unveiling a “formalized onboard cruise promotion across the fleet (and without any pesky expiration dates),” the line said.
“Guests who are sailing on Windstar may work with the line’s Onboard Cruise Consultant to book their next cruise while on their current one, and the savings is significant: a 10 percent discount that can be combined with other Windstar offers excluding industry, vendor, corporate and groups rates, as well as Windstar’s Formula One/Grand Prix-themed sailings.”
Guests with the Onboard Cruise Consultant are privy to $100 per person shipboard credit reduced deposits on a tier-based system.
“With onboard cruise bookings, the guests’ travel advisor receives their usual commission,” Windstar said.
