Minnie and Mickey Mouse really do know how to share the magic of Disney, and a deaf boy visiting Disneyland got to experience this firsthand when he met the duo in the park during May.
In a viral video posted on Facebook, Minnie and Mickey can be seen communicating "I love you" and "Nice to meet you," in sign language to the boy during his special visit, prompting the boy to share a big hug with Minnie. Pluto was also on the sidelines for the event.

"Guys, this kid is the most incredible child I've ever met," an Olive Crest caseworker commented on Facebook. "…He is not a big hugger, so that hug for Minnie is something special."

The boy's trip was arranged by Olive Crest, which serves more than 3,500 at-risk children and families in California, Nevada and Washington.
The visit with Mickey and Minnie happened organically and was not planned.
An ASL translator who was with the boy during his visit to the park, gave the characters an assist, standing behind the boy and showing them what/how to sign the phrases.
