Those with an unrelenting hankering for a giant bowl of cereal with a dollop of nostalgia can head to Cereal Killer Café at 139 Brick Lane in London and get exactly what you crave.
CNN Money's Alanna Petroff has news that would make Toucan Sam flip and Count Chocula rise from his chocolate coffin, or wherever that guy is laying his head these days.
It seems a couple of twins decided to open up a cereal shop, offering a mind-boggling array of breakfast fare for London-bound foodies.
According to the report, Gary and Alan Keery opened the café last Wednesday, the culmination of an ingenious bout of creativity from the two. A video posted at CNN Money shows the brothers explaining that the idea came from simply wanting a bowl of cereal-although good luck on getting closure on whose idea it truly was.
Petroff explains the details: "The cafe will offer over 100 cereals from seven different countries, as well as a wide variety of milks and Pop-Tarts. A bowl of cereal costs between £2.50 to £3.50 ($4 to $5.50), depending on size."

As Petroff notes, this is the first type of establishment of its kind in the United Kingdom. However, "the U.S. already has a few, including a small chain called Cereality."
In fact, there is a lovely sandwich place this writer can vouch for in Venice (Calif.) called Flake, which has bowls of cereal along with other items on its menu.
Now we don't feel as silly having a bowl of cereal at home for dinner now that Cereal Killer Café is open for the evening meal.
Though we guess we will go the extra mile and put on something fancier than the normal cereal-eating attire of sweatpants if we ever get the chance to visit.
