For travelers ready for the opening of Universal Orlando's Aventura Hotel in August, the news announced Tuesday regarding the addition of the Bar 17 Bistro should excite future guests.
The Bar 17 Bistro will be Universal Orlando's first-ever rooftop bar and grill, and the open-air venue will feature floor to ceiling glass panels that provide visitors a 360-degree view of the Universal Orlando theme park and resort.
While the Universal venue itself is a major attraction, Bar 17 Bistro will steal the show with its food and drink offerings by using trendy small plates and craft cocktails.
The drinks at the Orlando bar will be the perfect addition to any vacation, with some of the featured cocktails including a series of Complex Frozen Drinks, the Firebird, the Pineapple Turmeric Lemonade, the Devil's Umbrella, Dew Point Hooligan and more.
As for the cuisine sure to satisfy even the most skeptical foodies, Bar 17 Bistro will boast a menu of Firecracker Shrimp Bao and Braised Pork Belly Bao, Summer Beet & Glazed Fig Salad, Wagyu Beef Sliders and more.
Universal previously announced the Aventura Hotel would feature a modern food hall, dubbed Urban Pantry. The space will be based on famous food halls and markets from around the world and provide families with the perfect place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.
