5 Amazing Ways to Spend 100,000 Hilton Honors Points
Hotel & Resort Holly Johnson February 19, 2018

With two new Hilton credit cards—the Hilton Aspire and the Hilton Ascend—offering 100,000 bonus points for new customers who sign up and meet a minimum spending requirement, it’s easy to wonder if those points are worth it.
After all, the Hilton Honors program is notoriously devalued to the point where it’s become harder to get outsized value from your rewards.
Then again, there are plenty of sweet spots if you’re flexible with where you travel and are angling to get the most bang for your buck.
Before you sign up for either new Hilton credit card, it helps to know how far your points could go—and whether you could use them to help your travel dreams come true.
While we suggest playing around with the search feature on Hilton.com to see how many points your favorite hotels cost to book, here are a few redemptions to get your imagination running:
Conrad Maldives Rangali Island
Rooms at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island run just 95,000 Hilton Honors points per night even though the room rate frequently reaches $1,000 or higher. This property is reachable by plane only and is home to vivid coral reefs which house tropical fish rays and other sea life. The property’s underwater restaurant, the Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, also offers one of the world’s only dining experiences with panoramic views of the surrounding water.
Not only can you book a free night here for 95,000 points, but free weekend night certificates earned via Hilton credit cards can also be used at this resort.
A Few Days in Sedona
Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is another Hilton property that offers a lot of bang for your buck. Rooms here are bookable starting at around $300 per night, but you can also stay for as little as 45,000 Hilton Honors points per night.
This property’s beautiful location gives you access to the amazing red rocks and sits just an hour and a half away from the Grand Canyon. Go hiking, swim in the hotel’s expansive pools or book a spa day for maximum relaxation with stunning views.
Stay in Hawaii
Hawaii is a great destination to cash in some or all of your Hilton Honors rewards. Depending on which island you want to stay on, you can find ample properties for fewer points than you think.
One solid option is the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu. This property will set you back as little as 58,000 Hilton Honors points per night despite its excellent waterfront location in the city. Another option is the Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, which can cost as little as 40,000 points per night for a beachfront location, upgraded rooms and huge pool.
Go All-Inclusive in Jamaica
Believe it or not, but Hilton offers several all-inclusive options you can book with points as well. One such resort is the adults-only Jewel Paradise Cove Resort & Spa in Runaway Bay. This Jamaican property costs as little as 58,000 Hilton Honors points per night and includes all your food, drink and activities in the nightly rate.
Stay in Dreamy Venice
Last but not least, don’t forget to dream big when it comes to your Hilton Honors points. For as little as 59,000 Hilton Honors points per night, you could stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice, Italy. T
his property sits on an island just a short shuttle boat ride away from St. Mark’s Square and the famous Rialto Bridge, along with the glorious sights and sounds of the floating city.
