There are some things that travelers expect at an all-inclusive resort, and all-you-can-eat dining and free-flowing beverages are among the amenities that top the list.
Palace Resorts has made good on these expectations and elevated its food and beverage offerings for guests, solidifying its role as a leader in the high-end all-inclusive market.
Moon Palace Jamaica is the perfect example. The hotel offers guests an array of authentic Jamaican menu items, top-shelf drinks and 24-hour room service at eight different bars and restaurants.
"You don't have to leave the resort to taste the best of what Jamaica has to offer-from a poolside jerk chicken shack, to saltfish and ackee and even Red Stripe and other locally crafted liquors," said Clifton Reader, general manager at Moon Palace Jamaica.
"Guests can enjoy fresh waterfront local seafood dining, including fresh lobster from our live lobster tank on site," Reader added. "Delve into the culture and see how Palace Resorts infuses the local culture into the Moon Palace Jamaica experience."
Buccanneers Reef serves up local Jamaican specialties as well as a variety of different types of cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In addition to traditional eats, guest can travel around the world, discovering fine dining options from Asia, Italy, Paris and more.
La Gondola transports guests from Jamaica to Italy for classic Italian cuisine. Boulangerie is a casual take on a Parisian cafe with fresh pastries, crepes, coffees, ice cream and more.
Pier 8 gives guests the chance to explore traditional seafood dishes and culturally inspired beverages in an open-air setting, and Momo features pan-Asian inspired delicacies including sushi and a hibachi table with Jamaican twists.
Moon Palace isn't the only resort in Palace Resorts' portfolio to offer stellar cuisine. Palace Resorts is committed to offering world-class epicurean experiences at each of its properties, designed to exceed expectations and enhance the guest experience.
In 2017, the brand announced an exclusive partnership with Certified Angus Beef, making it the first and only hotel chain, to offer the highest quality of beef at all 10 of its properties.
Recently the brand took its culinary offerings to new heights once again, announcing an exclusive partnership with world-renowned pastry chef, Antonio Bachour.
Bachour is known as one of the 10 best pastry chefs in America, and his partnership with Palace Resorts features an exclusive menu selection curated by him and featured at all 10 of the brand's oceanfront properties in Mexico and Jamaica.
