All Inclusive Collection will continue its rapid-fire expansion into Mexico with the debut of Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, which is scheduled to debut next year. The Los Cabos resort will join All Inclusive Collection Hard Rock properties in Nuevo Vallarta, Cancun and Riviera Maya.
The Los Cabos resort will be constructed in the exclusive 1,500-acre Diamante Cabo San Lucas resort community, home to two highly regarded golf courses: El Cardonal, Tiger Woods' first championship course, as well as the Dunes Course, designed by Davis Love III.
"We're beyond excited to announce that Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will be built on the Diamante Development," said Frank Maduro, vice president of marketing for All Inclusive Collection in a statement. "Boasting the rock star level all-inclusive amenities known to come from All Inclusive Collection properties and the luxury vibe of the Diamante brand, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will attract affluent, adventurous and luxury-seeking travelers."
Ground for the Los Cabos resort will be broken this year, All Inclusive Collection said.
Although specific details on the property weren't available at press time, All Inclusive officials said the resort will feature an eclectic array of restaurants, bars, pools and abundant meeting space. It will also boast all the signature feature and amenities found in Hard Rock properties, including music memorabilia throughout; Rock Spa; Rock Shop selling Hard Rock merchandise; and Body Rock fitness facility.
All Inclusive Collection's expeditious expansion into Mexico began only a couple of years ago, in August 2012, when it opened Hard Rock Vallarta. Just two months later, the company debuted Hard Rock Cancun and Hard Rock Riviera Maya last May. It opened its first Hard Rock, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, in January 2011.
All Inclusive Collection serves as the sales and marketing arm of all-inclusive the Hard Rock properties in the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
The announcement of the Hard Rock in Los Cabos, meanwhile, is good news for the destination, which is well on the road to recovery post-Hurricane Odile. Within the next two-and-a-half years 1,900 rooms are expected to be added to the destination, including a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, JW Marriott, Thompson Cabo San Lucas and Park Hyatt.
