Hilton is deepening its presence in India and has signed another dual-branded hospitality project at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru.

The project calls for a new 500-room dual-branded complex featuring a Hilton Hotels & Resorts and a Hilton Garden Inn located within the 100-acre Embassy TechVillage Business Park near Marathalli on ORR South Bengaluru.
The announcement follows the successful debut of Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links, which led to the signing of its first dual-branded property, the Embassy Manyata Business Park. The TechVillage project is the group's third with Hilton Hotels.
The new hospitality complex, one of the largest in India, is expected to begin this year with construction completed by late 2021-early 2022.
Embassy Group has a long-standing relationship with Hilton Hotels and these new projects reinforce the company's strategic roll-out of hospitality ventures.

As in the past five years, the mainstay of our hospitality foray will be to build hotels and mixed-use developments as part of our business parks."
The Hilton Bangalore Embassy TechVillage will feature 300 guestrooms as well as three food and beverage outlets, an executive floor, a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool.
The complex will also be home to the Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore Embassy TechVillage. The resort will offer 200 guestrooms, all-day dining and a bar as well as a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool.
The two hotels represent different price points and will be designed by Singapore-based Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates.
There will also be more than 1 million square feet of commercial retail and food and beverage space as well as a convention center within two towers of the mixed-use development.
