However, it's the delicious Mexican dishes that are shining brightest.
Restaurant Há by Chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef awarded with a Michelin star, is the signature restaurant on the property.
A contemporary design that shows a water vortex, an exclusive cocktail bar and a private cellar helps make for an intimate atmosphere. The ambiance here pairs perfectly with delectable Mexican cuisine that has a la carte as well as a tasting menu.
The adults-only restaurant Há does require a reservation ahead of time.
Additional Mexican cuisine restaurants at Hotel Xcaret include La Trajinera, Cantina Los Faroles and Mercado de la Merced.
Long ago, the canals of the Xochimilco Lake region were sailed by boats called "Trajineras." The restaurant La Trajinera is an ode to that as it overlooks the main pool. It brings together the best land and sea dishes enhanced by a Caribbean flair, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hotel Xcaret recreates the traditional Mexican cantina environment with Cantina Los Faroles. Guests can enjoy fresh, flavorful food and meat cuts cooked to their preference for dinner, and during late hours the party kicks off with music, a snacks menu, cocktails and a variety of Tequila and Mezcal.
At Mercado de la Merced, guests can take their taste buds on a wild ride through a traditional Mexican market. There are 10 theme stations here, focused on fresh products and vibrant colors and flavors. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
