Just like many other hotel brands, Hyatt offers its share of beautiful oceanfront all-inclusive resorts. These properties offer more than your standard lodging for a single nightly rate; they also include food, drinks (including alcohol), some activities and entertainment as part of the package.
What sets Hyatt's all-inclusive resorts apart, however, is the fact you can book stays for free with loyalty points.
At the moment, Hyatt offers two separate types of all-inclusive properties meant to cater to different crowds-Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara. While Hyatt Ziva properties are family-friendly and welcoming to children, Hyatt Zilara properties are adults-only.
Hyatt offers both a Ziva and Zilara property in Rose Hall, Jamaica (near Montego Bay) and Cancun. it also offers family-friendly Hyatt Ziva properties in Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.
While each is different, they all offer numerous on-site dining options, expansive pools and beautiful beachfronts, along with activities that cater to their respective crowds.
The best part about Hyatt all-inclusive properties is that they're not that expensive in terms of how many points they cost. Hyatt all-inclusive properties in Jamaica and Cancun cost 25,000 points per night for double occupancy in a standard room, while the Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta properties cost just 20,000 points per night.

If you want to add kids to your reservation, you'll need to fork over more points, however.
Jamaica and Cancun properties require 12,500 extra points for additional guests while Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos resorts ask for an additional 10,000.
You can earn points to book these properties in two ways: By signing up for the Hyatt Credit Card from Chase or by signing up for a premier Chase travel credit card that earns Chase Ultimate Rewards points.
If you have the Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire Reserve or Ink Preferred Business credit card, for example, you can transfer Chase points to the World of Hyatt program at a 1:1 ratio.
While the Hyatt Credit Card is currently offering 40,000 points to new cardholders who sign up and meet a minimum spending requirement, the previous offer on the card came with two free nights at any Hyatt property worldwide. Keep in mind that, if you signed up for the Hyatt card to earn "two free nights" instead of points, you can book Hyatt all-inclusive properties for your family without paying a surcharge for children sharing your room.

Hyatt is just one of the hotel brands that lets you book all-inclusive resorts with points. IHG Rewards, Wyndham and Hilton also offer this option at specific resorts as well.
What helps Hyatt stand out is the fact that both Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara properties are considered "high end."
Since Hyatt all-inclusive properties can cost up to $900 per night during peak travel times, forking over just 20,000 or 25,000 World of Hyatt points per night is a steal.
