Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa is now offering a new mermaid experience in partnership with Hawaii Mermaid Adventures whose mission is to empower humans to explore the marine world to gain a deeper connection to the ocean.
Guests can dive into the life of a mermaid with group mermaid lessons at one of the resort's pools.
Aspiring mermaids of all ages can sign up for the 90-minute group experience that includes a conservation talk, a beautiful mermaid tail to wear, games and stories about the mythical creatures.
Guests can get their fins wet and transform into magical undersea creatures in one of the resort's pools on Thursdays for $129 per person.
If guests are interested, instructors can capture photos and video using a GoPro that can be sent privately to each participant.
