The posh Beverly Hills hotel featured in the movie Pretty Women is making a splash once again.
The Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, recently announced that it will bring the great outdoors to the terrace of its legendary Veranda Suite, creating the first urban glamping experience in all of Los Angeles.
Those lucky enough to go glamping on the terrace of the sprawling suite will have will have 270-degree views of the surrounding Hollywood Hills and Rodeo Drive.
As for the tent guests will be bunking in, it's best to begin by banishing images of rustic camping from your mind.
Glamping at the Beverly Wilshire includes an expansive 10-foot tent, featuring a queen size bed fitted with Four Seasons linens and lavish furnishings. Your tent also comes complete with a crystal chandelier, marble lamps, fur rugs and antique nightstands.
For further Hollywood-style lounging enjoyment, the surrounding terrace includes oversize lounge furniture, a fireplace and outdoor dining for eight.
But what is one to eat while roughing it on a terrace? (Burgers and hot dogs perhaps? Think again.)
A legendary property used to hosting the likes of Elvis Presley, Warren Beatty, and Steve McQueen, the Beverly Wilshire has thought this through as well. For an additional $185 per person, guests can dine on a glamping tasting menu prepared by the hotel's executive chef.
The menu will include such indulgent delights as Special Reserve ossetra caviar and Japanese Mishima ultra wagyu beef. There will also be seasonal plates inspired by picnic table favorites.

Dessert has not been overlooked, either. A celebrity chef will put the finishing touches on the evening serving up campfire s'mores made with 24 karat gold leaf, Tahitian vanilla bean marshmallow and a smoked 55 percent Valrhona chocolate bar, all of which will be paired with a vintage champagne flight.
"As we approach our 90th anniversary next year, we're exploring new, experiential avenues for guests to rediscover our iconic property," Regional Vice President and General Manager Ben Trodd said in a statement.
"Given the sweeping cityscape views and the storied, celebrity past of our Veranda Suite, we knew this would be the perfect way to embrace its glamour. We're thrilled with the result - it's truly the ultimate luxury glamping experience with an urban twist."
The package, which starts at $3,500, will be available through December.
Of course, guests who reserve the 2,140-square-foot Veranda Suite will also have full access to the indoor bedroom, which includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and marble bathroom-just in case your glamping accommodations don't quite cut it.
