Looking to add a little spice to your fall vacation? Mexico's Riviera Maya is hosting the second annual Chili Pepper Culinary Experience from October 23-27.
The five-day festival dedicated to the powerful taste of Mexican chili peppers will feature top chefs, including Rick Bayless, Ricardo Munoz Zurita, Josefina Santa Cruz, Solange Muris, Benito Molina and Jose Miguel Garcia.
The festivities will take place at the El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort by Karisma Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning luxury hotel collection which owns and manages properties in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.
Developed via a partnership between 2 Getaway Travel and El Dorado Royale, guests will be provided with the unique opportunity to gain expert knowledge, tips and tricks for cooking with chili peppers, learn about the growing process and enjoy spicy delights created by culinary superstars.

Hanlo said in a statement. "We are thrilled to invite guests to participate in this one-of-a-kind epicurean journey that celebrates an integral ingredient with such history in Mexican cuisine."

The festivities include a gala dinner, live demonstrations and a visit to the property's 76,000 square-foot Greenhouse, which grows the chilaca, serrano, habanero, jalapeño, ancho, guajillo and arbol peppers used throughout the Chili Pepper Culinary Experience.
Vacation packages for the Chili Pepper Culinary Experience come in three flavors, including the Less Spicy, Mild Spicy and Extra Spicy packages. Prices for access to the events range from $150 to $300 per person and nightly rates at El Dorado Royale begin at $190 per person, per night based on double occupancy.
