Agent Studio, a website solutions platform for travel agencies and Project Expedition, a leading provider of tours and activities, today announced a partnership to provide all 6,500 Travel Agents supported by Agent Studio's network with commissionable access to the largest inventory of tours, activities and excursions in Central America.
Project Expedition has over 1,200 tours, activities, shore excursions and multi-day trips that appeal to all types of travelers in countries throughout Central America and into the Caribbean. Whether it is horseback riding on a beach in Costa Rica or a plane ride over the Blue Hole in Belize, Agent Studio agents will be able to book directly with Project Expedition and their New York based team.
Historically, travel agents have had easy access to commissionable inventories of flights, accommodation and transportation, but the fragmented nature of the tours and activities market has obstructed travel agents from earning commissions when booking excursions for their clients.
This is no longer the case. Project Expedition has leveraged relationships with vetted tour operators to enable travel agents to earn a commission while giving their clients' access to an enormous variety of things to see and do in a destination.
"AgentStudio's website and marketing solution is the only platform that gives the individual travel agent or agency the control to create their own success. It also gives the travel suppliers and destinations, who truly want a partnership, the only way to do that on a one-to-one basis ... but en masse. Everyone talks about partnerships with agents while companies like Project Expedition actually step in to make that partnership come alive with joint marketing efforts that drives results for both parties," said Mark Murphy, Founder/CEO of travAlliancemedia.
"Agent Studio marks another step forwards for our partnership strategy. We are excited to start building long term relationships with Agent Studio Agents and being able to offer tours, activities and excursions to their clients," said Rob Keen, Project Expedition Co-Founder.
