Due to increased demand this year for Women’s Only Departures, Tauck increased the number of these small-group tours from three to seven for 2027.
“The expanded collection spans Italy, France, Portugal, Scandinavia, England and Canada, with departures running from June to October,” Tauck said.
The 2027 tours include a new itinerary, “A Week In… Champagne & Alsace,” which explores France’s wine regions, from the Alsatian villages of Kaysersberg and Colmar to the Champagne capital of Reims, with a vintage car afternoon among the vineyards of Epernay and an exclusive dinner at Moët & Chandon,” the tour operator said.
Other itineraries include “A Week In... Italy’s Hidden Wine Country, “A Week In… Copenhagen & Oslo,” Tuscany, Cinque Terre & the Portofino Coast,” “England and the West Country,” “A Week In… Portugal and “Canada’s Capital Cities plus Niagara Falls.”
“For women accustomed to juggling so much, there is quiet luxury in letting every detail be handled by someone else,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh. “Expanding the program across two continents reflects a real desire among women to travel together and connect with the people and places that bring a destination to life.”
On average, the upscale tour operator’s Women’s Only Departures include 24 guests with tours featuring female Tauck directors and “one upfront price covering airport transfers, accommodations, most meals, exclusive access experiences and expert local guides,” Tauck said.
