VAX VacationAccess has a new look.
Redesigned by Trisept Solutions to meet the demands of its more than 90,000 travel professionals, VAX provides users with a one-stop, leisure travel marketplace full of resources, including industry expertise, agent-focused education and business development insights on a modernized content platform.
"Nearly 20 years ago at Trisept Solutions, Bill La Macchia and I envisioned how we could bring travel agents into the Internet age with the initial concept of VAX,” said John Ische, president of Trisept Solutions. “Today, we are thrilled to provide our audience of over 90,000 travel professionals with a new VAX experience.
“This redesign solidifies our position that VAX is more than a booking engine site for travel agents,” Ische added. “Agents now turn to VAX as the travel marketplace, a place where agents can earn, learn and grow, all while staying up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends.”

Through Compass, they learn from industry leaders and subject matter experts across multiple areas of business operations. Travel agents can also receive information and updates from top leisure travel brands.
“We are obsessed with our clients’ success,” said Luke Gibson, director of VAX VacationAccess. “We are committed to the success of travel agents and we believe that the new VAX will change the way agents work on a day-to-day basis. We are excited to further connect the industry’s top brands with the industry’s best leisure travel professionals.”
There are also enhancements to VAX’s layout, including a wider screen display, a simplified navigation bar and the ability to receive personalized content suggestions.
The redesign of VAX is part of Trisept’s $20 million R&D investment and will provide its travel agent community with a more engaging user experience as well as with the resources to better serve clients. Future enhancements are coming and include access to vacation rentals, guided tours, cruise content, and technology.
