Business class passengers flying with Delta Air Lines will soon have access to more upscale and exclusive check-in areas in all of the carrier’s major U.S. airports.
The Atlanta-based airline announced it would launch Delta One check-in areas at two hub airports that currently lack them: Salt Lake City (SLC) and Minneapolis (MSP).
“By year-end, Delta One check-in will be available across all of our hubs,” Delta CEO Ed Bastian said on the airline’s earnings call on October 9.
Delta One passengers can expect the new areas to be separated from the regular check-in space by walls and doors, offering a more private and peaceful experience. Perks like snacks, coffee, and water, will also be on hand.
The expansion of the premium check-in spaces is part of a larger push from Delta to enhance its premium offerings, both on the ground and in the air.
The airline said it is expanding its premium cabins on board its planes and recently launched new Delta One lounges across the country, including major airports like New York JFK, Seattle (SEA), Los Angeles (LAX), and Boston (BOS).
It’s a strategy that appears to be paying off for Delta: In Q3 2025, the airline reported record revenue of $15.2 billion, in part driven by significant jumps in demand for premium products, which was up 9% year over year.
