Travelers will have even more opportunities to sail from New Orleans and Long Beach in 2026 and 2027 with Carnival Cruise Line.
The company is adding additional 2026-27 departures aboard Carnival Liberty and Carnival Valor from New Orleans to the Eastern, Western and Southern Caribbean, as well as the Bahamas.
Carnival is also adding more cruises aboard Carnival Panorama from Long Beach to the Mexican Riviera.
"The sailings we’re opening today showcase the diverse array of destinations and itineraries available to our guests," says Fred Stein, vice president of itinerary planning for Carnival Cruise Line. "We believe variety is essential to allow guests to curate unforgettable cruises as they plan future vacations. New Orleans and Long Beach are vital to our homeport strategy, and bring great new options to our guests who sail from each port as we continue to broaden our overall cruise schedule for 2026-27."
From New Orleans, where Carnival recently celebrated 30 years of service, Carnival Valor will embark on 4- and 5-day Western Caribbean cruises. Carnival Liberty, meanwhile, will offer a mix of 7-day Western and Eastern Caribbean voyages, with stops in destinations like Mahogany Bay, Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West and Nassau. The ship will also visit Celebration Key, Carnival’s forthcoming private destination on Grand Bahama.
The newly refurbished Carnival Panorama will set sail from Long Beach and offer 6- to 8-day itineraries to popular Mexican Riviera destinations like Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán and La Paz.
