Crystal has relocated its North American trade reservations team to the company’s Miami headquarters. The company also now has localized teams based in London and Melbourne.
"Bringing our trade reservations team in-house is a strategic move that underscores our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our travel partners and guests,” says Mary-Beth Meadowcroft, senior vice president of global sales and reservations for Crystal.
“By centralizing our operations, we can ensure more consistent, efficient and personalized support which is crucial for fostering strong relationships and delivering the exceptional experiences that Crystal is known for."
Crystal has also expanded its global trade sales team in several key regions, including the addition of a team of new business development specialists.
In addition, Margaret Thwaites is the new southeast regional sales director in North America, and Stephen Joyner has been promoted to senior sales manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland. Giorgio Costa is the new regional sales manager for Europe, and Evon Ler has been made the new sales director for the Asia-Pacific region.
