Cunard has unveiled nearly 600 curated shore experiences for its 2027 World Voyages, offering guests a range of ways to explore destinations across South America, Asia, Australia, Africa and beyond.
In January, 2027, Queen Anne will embark on her first voyage to South America, while Queen Victoria will sail a 109-night Full World Voyage. The itineraries include experiences like a dinner with a local family in Buenos Aires orr an evening climb of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
“Cunard has been pioneering World Voyages for more than a century, taking guests on extraordinary journeys aboard the most iconic ships at sea,” says Katie McAlister, president of Cunard. “Our 2027 voyages continue that proud tradition, combining thoughtfully curated itineraries with immersive experiences that bring each destination to life.”
Queen Anne’s South America Discovery
Queen Anne’s 90-night South America Discovery Voyage will mark the ship’s first visit to the region. The itinerary includes 15 maiden calls across South America and visits to seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Argentina.
The voyage also includes maiden calls in Casablanca, Morocco and Bridgetown, Barbados, as well as stops in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
An overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro will coincide with Rio Carnival. Shore experiences will offer guests opportunities to attend the festivities, including VIP Camarote suites and front-row parade views. Other Rio experiences include visits to Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer.
Guests can also take part in a four-day overland excursion to Machu Picchu, departing the ship in Arica and rejoining it in Callao. The trip will take travelers through Peru before ending at the Inca citadel.
During an overnight stay in Buenos Aires, guests can choose from experiences including tango performances, wine tastings, culinary walking tours and a dinner hosted by a local family.
Queen Victoria’s Full World Voyage
Queen Victoria’s 109-night World Voyage will depart Southampton on January 10, 2027, visiting destinations including Hong Kong, Sydney and Cape Town. The itinerary also includes overnight stays in New York, Los Angeles and Singapore, along with maiden calls in Dakar, Durban and El Salvador.
In Hong Kong, shore experiences include a city tour with a Cantonese lunch, a sunset harbor cruise and an excursion to Lantau Island, where guests can visit the Tian Tan Buddha and Po Lin Monastery.
In Sydney, guests can climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge during an evening excursion for views of the city and harbor. Other options include trips to the Blue Mountains or Hunter Valley wine region.
An overnight stay in Cape Town offers time to visit Table Mountain and Groot Constantia, South Africa’s oldest wine farm. Guests can also visit Hout Bay and take a cruise to see Cape fur seals on Duiker Island.
Guests sailing the full Queen Victoria World Voyage or Queen Anne South America Discovery Voyage will receive additional benefits, including a commemorative gift, cocktail receptions, a shoreside celebration, dedicated concierge service and access to a private lounge.
Shorter segments of the World Voyages will also be available, ranging from several nights to longer regional itineraries.
