"Frozen" fans rejoice. The hit animated film and its soundtrack are coming to the high seas.
Disney Cruise Line announced Wednesday that "Frozen, A Musical Spectacular" will debut aboard the 2,400-passenger Disney Wonder this fall.
The new stage show will debut inside of the 977-seat Walt Disney Theatre on the Disney Wonder's four-night Western Caribbean cruise from Galveston, Texas, on November 10, 2016.
Unlike traditional musicals, the Frozen production will be unique in that it will combine classic theatrical techniques with modern technology and of course feature Disney's signature touch.
"The production is going to delight each one of our guests because it's a story for absolutely everyone in the family," said the cruise line's Vice President of Entertainment Jim Urry in a statement.
In addition to the film's beloved music, the show will rely on special effects to entertain guests.

Tony Award-nominated director Sheryl Kaller will lead the show, while Tony Award-winning costume designer Paloma Young will also contribute to the project.
Featured songs will include "For the First Time in Forever," "Love is an Open Door," "In Summer" and "Fixer Upper." Guests will also experience the ultra-popular "Let it Go."
"The story of 'Frozen' is one of the most iconic animated movies ever, so this is a unique and special opportunity to retell the story onboard the Disney Wonder, transporting guests right into the world of Arendelle," said Walt Disney Imagineering's Creative Portfolio Executive Kevin Eld in a statement accompanying Wednesday's announcement.
The top animated feature of all time, Frozen was released in 2013 and earned a pair of Academy Awards in 2014 for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song. Therefore, it's only appropriate that Disney Cruise Line bring it aboard.
