Norwegian Cruise Line will offer cruises from the Port of Philadelphia for the first time in many years in 2026, offering voyages to Bermuda, French Canada and beyond.
NCL unveiled its 2026 spring and summer itineraries visiting the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Alaska and Canada and New England this week. The Norwegian Jewel will be the first ship to home port from Philadelphia, heading on 7 to 9-day cruises to Bermuda beginning April 16, 2026. NCL is the only cruise line to offer itineraries from the city through October 17, 2026.
Plans are currently underway to develop a cruise-specific facility at the SouthPort Marine Terminal Complex.
NCL’s newly released spring and summer 2026 itineraries offer almost 250 itineraries across nine of its ships.
Following the Norwegian Jewel’s Bermuda season, it’ll begin sailing itineraries from Philadelphia to Canada and New England on 10- and 11-night voyages visiting Saguenay, Charlottetown, Halifax, Bar Harbor and Boston.
The Norwegian Breakaway will also begin sailing regular turnarounds in Boston with 7-day voyages to Bermuda and 7-day Canada and New England voyages beginning in April through November. Similarly, the Norwegian Aqua will sail Bermuda for its second summer season from New York City.
Additionally, the Norwegian Prima will offer an extended season from Port Canaveral in Florida, sailing 7-day itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean in 2026.
The line’s Alaska itineraries will begin in April and end in October. The Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Jade will sail on 7-10-day itineraries from the ports of Seattle, Whittier and Vancouver.
“We remain committed to delivering more experiences for our guests to create unforgettable memories, so they can vacation better with us,” said David J. Herrera, president of Norwegian Cruise Line. “We are particularly proud to partner with PhilaPort to launch cruising in the area, making it even more accessible to the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region.”
