Luxury line Silversea Cruises has launched a rare limited-time promotion offering free suite upgrades and shipboard credits.
The new Silver Wave promotion gives a complimentary suite upgrade and an onboard credit of up to $1,000 per suite on 31 select voyages booked by Dec. 31. (Since Silversea is all-inclusive, the credit can be used for shore excursions, spa treatments, specialty restaurants, boutique purchases, and more.)
For example, the free suite upgrade and $1,000 shipboard credit is good on the Silver Wind's Jan. 5-24 voyage from Bali to Singapore and the Feb. 27-March 10 cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong. Asia cruise-only fares start at $4,250 per person.
Also eligible for the upgrade and $1,000 spending credit are the Silver Cloud's July 7-19 cruise from Copenhagen to London and two Silver Spirit trans-ocean voyages from Lautoka, Fiji, to Los Angeles March 9-27 and Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale March 27-April 13.
A number of voyages are eligible for a suite upgrade and $500 onboard credit, including two Alaska cruises in May on the Silver Shadow and one on the Silver Discoverer in July.
Two expedition voyages in April along Australia's Kimberley Coast on the Silver Discoverer also come with the upgrade and $500 credit, as do two Caribbean cruises on the Silver Cloud in March, two Silver Spirit Mediterranean cruises in June and July, and a Melanesia voyage from Auckland to the Solomon Islands on Silver Discoverer in February.
