Princess Cruises has begun rolling out its Come Back New brand and fleet enhancements, and I had a chance to preview them onboard the Ruby Princess. New dining from celeb chefs Curtis Stone and Ernesto Uchimura, and entertainment from acclaimed composer Stephen Schwartz and hit TV show "The Voice" and more are escalating the cruise line back to its premium roots. Plus, chocolatier Norman Love and New Grounds Crafted Coffee further delight cruisers' palates.
