Traveling in a lavish suite with an attentive butler at your beck and call is a hallmark of the Grills-class accommodations on Cunard, the company with the British heritage now celebrating its 175th anniversary.
Just released are new videos that bring to life the luxury style of the Queens Grill and Princess Grill Suites and restaurants on Cunard's three ocean liners.
"We make magic happen for our guests," butler Claudio Marcelo Cuevas Jarpa says in the video. "We anticipate their needs before they even know they have them."
He says this while crisply dressed in a tuxedo, wearing white gloves as he prepares an icy Champagne bucket for guests. In another shot, he straightens a guest's bow tie before a formal night on board.
The butlers are an exclusive service for guests who book Queens Grill accommodations, the pinnacle on the ships. The butler can help with everything from unpacking suitcases and shoe shining, to organizing in-room gatherings, pouring Champagne and helping guests don cuff links and gowns.
"Details are everything, and I pay attention to every bit of it," butler Natalia Kustova says.

The Grills-level accommodations began on the original Queen Mary in 1936, when guests paid an extra tariff for dining and dancing in the posh Verandah Grill. The concept proved so popular among celebrities and other guests seeking more privacy that the concept was continued on Queen Elizabeth 2 with the Grill Room and into today on the Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.
Grills guests get top-of-the-line accommodations - some are even two-level suites - and access to private spaces such as the Queens Grill and Princess Grill restaurants. Also available is a dedicated Grills concierge, who can reserve tee times and spa appointments, organize customized excursions, and even plan cocktail parties with other guests.
