Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite is the park's first Pride Month event. (Photo Credit: Disneyland)
Disneyland is participating in June’s Pride Month celebrations for the very first time for two nights on June 13 and June 15 in a new event called Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite. The event requires separate tickets, purchased online, and celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community and allies at Disneyland. Themed entertainment, visits from Disney characters, photo opportunities, specialty menu items and event merchandise will all be on offer. A three-hour pre-party begins both days from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., then the party itself runs from 9:00 p.m. through 1:00 a.m. Tickets are available for pre-sale for Magic Key holders on April 18, 2023. The general public will be able to purchase them beginning April 20, based upon availability. The party includes a Pride Nite Cavalcade down Main Street, U.S.A., an Ohana Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, a Pride Nite Dance Club at Rivers of America and line dancing at the Golden Horseshoe. Guests will also be able to ride a selection of rides and attractions after regular park hours, including the Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones Adventure and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.A selection of specialty foods will encourage the celebration, including a Berry Cheesecake Funnel Cake at Stage Door Cafe, a Grapefruit Lemonade Soda at Galactic Grill and a Chocolate Almond Churro at New Orleans Square. Guests will receive unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken during the party. Each guest will also receive a commemorative keepsake and event guide map.
