Travelers heading to the airport after a visit to Walt Disney World Resort will now have the opportunity to travel in style.
According to a report from WDWNT.com, the Minnie Van Service will offer one-way trips from certain hotels on the theme park's property to Orlando International Airport as part of a test. The service will be available daily between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. local time.
While the Minnie Vans were only previously available for point-to-point transportation on Disney properties in Orlando, the service continues to expand as the company gathers reactions from visitors.
The vans themed after Minnie Mouse can accommodate up to six guests and up to three car seats for children under the age of six years old. To utilize the service, Disney visitors should use the Resort Airline Check-In for participating airlines, with each trip costing $150.
Guests at the Disney Boardwalk will be required to visit the Resort Club Level Concierge to schedule their Minnie Van Service. The test service will continue and expand if theme park officials deem it a success.
Last year, Disney expanded the service to include Boardwalk Resort, Yacht & Beach Club Resort, Wilderness Lodge, Cooper Creek Villas and Cabins, Boulder Ridge Cabins at the Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian Resort, Polynesian Village resorts, Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower.
