Google continues to take its Street View away from the roads and to just about every crevice on the planet, which now includes El Capitan in Yosemite.
The Internet giant posted a thorough breakdown of its latest endeavor at its blog. But fans of Street view will really get an adrenaline-inducing tour via the video that is featured below.
Officials followed the breathtaking exploits of Lynn Hill, Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell as they climbed a seemingly insurmountable wall.
And now we lowly Internet denizens can get a glimpse of the madness with a Street View that will leave you sweating and shaking your respective head in astonishment.
The Google Maps YouTube Channel provides one of the more mesmerizing promotional videos we have seen:
If you still have the stomach, you can navigate around El Capitan thanks to people far braver than we are.
Caldwell offered his thoughts on the undertaking at the blog: "Yosemite has been such an important part of my life that telling the story of El Capitan through Street View was right up my alley-especially when it meant working with the Google engineers to figure out some absurd challenges."
Previously we reported on Google's Street View that not only covered parts of the world's oceans but gave sound to other destinations.
This hardly negates our desire to travel around the world. Rather, we are afforded images that create a magnificent itch that just has to be scratched.
However, you will excuse us if we leave trips that include scaling Yosemite cliffs in the pile of things that will forever remain annoyingly itchy.
