This is a good time to see a Broadway production in New York City.
From now until September 17, select shows on Broadway have a 2-for-1 deal to help celebrate Broadway Week. And as we all know, there is nothing like a Broadway show on Broadway in New York City.
A total of 24 Broadway shows will take part in the promotion.
The biennial program is now in its 12th year.
“We’re excited to announce the return of NYC Broadway Week this September, offering visitors and locals an opportunity to enjoy the world’s best theatrical productions at a remarkable value,” said New York City Tourism + Conventions President and CEO Fred Dixon in a statement. “Our signature NYC Broadway Week program is a celebration of the vibrancy and creativity of live theater and includes shows for all theatergoers to enjoy including Tony Award-winning productions, kid-friendly favorites, and beloved classics. We encourage everyone to book 2-for-1 tickets now to experience some of the most magnificent and renowned productions on Broadway.”
