Star Tours at Disneyland Paris. (Photo Credit: Disney Parks)
Disney has announced some expansions to Star Tours, Disney’s first Star Wars attraction at three of its parks around the world, following the Walt Disney Imagineering panel at Star Wars Celebration 2023 in London, including some fun extras to enjoy later this year. Star Tours, which debuted at Disneyland in 1987 as the first Star Wars experience, will be expanding its reach into the Star Wars universe with new stories and characters in three parks: Disneyland in California, Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida and Disneyland Paris in France. The new characters and stories are currently under wraps but are expected to be announced at a later date. Disney released a new video showcasing just some of the experiences to be had connecting the Star Wars universe with Disney Parks guests.
Other announcements included a new playlist from DJ R3X at Oga’s Cantina on Batuu, a vinyl record of Gaya’s greatest hits and a Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser playlist which will launch in May on streaming platforms to celebrate May 4th.
