Lovely Tulum, Mexico, a destination that garners smiles, spelunking and semi-nude selfies from the likes of Tara Reid.
US Weekly and Fox News, among many others, reported on a racy Instagram photo that hit social media spheres amid various New Year's celebrations. It featured a naked Reid clothing herself in nothing but her hands and arms, resting on a hammock in one of assumed various top-notch resort locations.
Here is our thorough breakdown of the enormous event.
We assume that Reid managed some other activities outside of chilling in a hammock while rocking nothing more than her birthday suit. The area affords so much more for a celebrity who has graced the world with such works as Sharknado and Sharknado 2.

Here she is in one of the myriad caves in the area, stating via Instagram, "Caves are so beautiful in Tulum. I love it."
Reid's Instagram account is, for the moment, filled with images of her holiday expedition in the Tulum area, so it got us thinking about what entertainment may have been tickling that fancy of hers.

No. 1: Cave Dwelling:
While trying to share screen time with Ian Ziering isn't a strong attribute for Reid, spelunking into the deeper recesses of paradise just might be.

Reid might be vacationing with her boyfriend, but the Daily Mail reports there was a gaggle of girls enjoying Tulum with the Fast and the Furious' Michelle Rodriguez over the weekend.
We will just assume the two met up and exchanged tips on how best to get immediately and efficiently inebriated.
No. 3: Watching Other People Eat:
Tulum welcomes people with an eye on an adventure and a stomach for copious amounts of food.
While there isn't any information on where Reid is staying, there are plenty of resorts that offer all-inclusive fare in the area, like Dreams Tulum or the nearby Hard Rock Riviera Maya.
In any case, there are plenty of options for opulent dining, which we will assume Reid ignored for libations and the tiny handfuls of food she eats.
The Daily Mail cites fans who are worried about the rather emaciated star. One reportedly wrote of her images, "Tara, please look after yourself. I write this without jealousy or hate, just genuine concern."

No. 4: Landmark Hunting:
There is a ton to see in Tulum. Perhaps Reid will take the time to wear a bikini in front of the famed ruins or the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve.

We are quite sure why, but Reid seems to be actively seeking out shark escapades in Mexico.
