Universal Studios Hollywood’s seasonal Christmas and winter holiday favorites, “Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” and “Grinchmas,” are beginning November 24, 2023 and will continue through January 1, 2024, with holiday activities included in the price of theme park admission during this period.
Fans of Harry Potter can experience a magical Christmas with “Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,” as Hogsmeade is transformed into a winter wonderland. The Frog Choir will be singing holiday songs as guests can sip hot Butterbeer or try festive-themed food at the Three Broomsticks.
Additionally, guests can find festive keepsakes like ornaments and scarves inside shops at Hogsmeade.
Guests who stay until dusk can see a festive light display on Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
“Grinchmas,” the park’s other holiday attraction, takes guests directly into the spirit of the Grinch, with an all-new daytime performance by the Who-Bee Doo-Wops. Universal Plaza will feature a 65-foot-tall “Grinchmas” tree, with a nightly lighting ceremony. Children and families can enjoy crafting a homemade ornament to adorn the tree or to take home.
Guests can enjoy photo opportunities with the Grinch and his dog Max, enjoy story-time for young guests by Cindy-Lou Who and visit the Who-ville post office to mail a postcard sharing three good deeds.
Additionally, locations across the park will be decorated for the holidays and feature festive dining and drink offerings for both adults and children.
