Avoya Travel debuted Avoya University, a highly interactive learning platform that provides agents the flexibility to learn at their own pace - and on their own schedules.
It features a substantial number of on-demand educational courses and sessions, on a wide-ranging series of topics.
The Avoya University also includes a new program for independent agents who are new to the host agency. One of the program's focal points is on Avoya's Agent Power technology platform, including best-practice courses and one-on-sessions on the system's myriad capabilities.

Agent University can be accessed through Agent Power. Agent Power also provides agents access to the company's Live Leads program, which develops leads that connect prospective clients to Avoya agents.
Agent Power also includes an integrated booking engine, CRM system, and commission reports and professional development programs.
