Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger will have a soft opening February 1, 2018, complete with a traditional Hawaiian blessing which will mark the transition of the former Holiday Inn resort to the Outrigger-branded property.
An extensive $25 million hotel renovation will follow-including all-new guest rooms and meeting spaces, revamped lobby and much more-presenting guests with a modern, urban oasis in the heart of Waikiki. Projected for completion in late summer 2018, the phased renovation schedule is designed specifically to minimize guest disruption.
Situated steps from Waikiki Beach and adjacent to the reimagined International Market Place, Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger is home to some of Hawaii's dining hotspots including Maui Brewing Co. and Hawaiian Aroma Caffe, where visitors and locals alike enjoy poolside service in a family-friendly environment.
Serving brews from morning to night, guests can savor artesian coffee and light bites in a chic poolside café or sample a flight of award-winning, Maui-brewed craft beer with fresh, island-inspired eats.
Welcoming Waikiki Beachcomber into the Outrigger family, the brand launched a limited-time "Beachcomber Experience Package" for guests to experience Waikiki in style with a truly immersive vacation.
