When it comes to dining options, the resort caters to all palates with seven a la carte and three buffet restaurants for guests to choose from. The El Agave restaurant offers traditional Mexican dishes, while Restaurant Xaymaicas serves authentic Jamaican cuisine cooked with regional ingredients, such as okra, callaloo, ackee and Jamaica pepper. The Poseidon restaurant is a Mediterranean cuisine adventure, and you can mangia at the Arte E Cuccina Restaurant on fresh Italian fare.

If Indian cuisine is preferred, the Bhogali Restaurant has traditional spiced dishes, while the Lotus House Restaurant offers Asian delights. The Mo' Bay Restaurant, Negril Restaurant and Bubba Steakhouse all offer a variety of domestic and international dishes. For guests with allergies and intolerances, the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa offers gluten-free menus.

Guests can hang out at one of the resort's 13 bars and enjoy some snacks while they dip their toes in the Caribbean Sea, but if relaxing on the beach isn't enough, there is a Spa & Wellness Center with Jacuzzi, Vapor bath, and Solarium services. There are additional fee-services such as hydromassage, Hydrotherapy showers, massages, facial and body treatments and exfoliations, waxing, and manicures and pedicures.

There are plenty of activities to choose from in both the main pools and on the beach, including aerobics, aqua-gym, ping-pong, petanque, waterpolo, darts, minigolf, archery, tennis, beach volleyball, soccer and basketball. Water activities include kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boating and windsurfing. The resort also offers other fee-based activities including windsurfing lessons.

For the little ones, there are a variety of entertainment options during the day and shows and games every night. The Resorts Mini Club is supervised by professionals and includes organized activities for 4-12 year olds, such as painting, craft and games, a children's play park, and video games with projector and mini disco.

Kids will also enjoy Raggs & Friends, five colorful canine characters and protagonists that provide activities include dining and musical experiences and live musical stage shows at the resorts' theater. Meet and greets with the characters are available as well as a pirate show and surf party.
