Tauck unveiled 2026 savings for solo travelers on a roster of global river cruises and tours, while also eliminating some single supplements.
In Europe, for example, Tauck is waiving single supplements on Category I river cruise stateroom categories and “eliminating it entirely on every departure of each Tauck river cruise itinerary,” which includes upward of 250 departures this year, the tour operator said.
The collection of “solo-friendly” itineraries includes the new “Bordeaux, Paris & The Seine” cruise aboard the new ms Serene.
“In addition, Tauck will reduce the single supplement by $1,000 on certain other cabin categories (typically Categories 4 and 5) on select European river cruise departures in 2026,” Tauck said.
Solo travelers on land programs can take advantage of single supplements that have been lowered by as much as $600 on 105 departures of 37 North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East itineraries
For North American programs, single supplements are being reduced by up to $300 across 12 itineraries with 34 departures.
In Europe, solo travelers will be eligible for $400 in savings on 18 itineraries with 52 departures.
“Elsewhere in the world, single supplements on land programs will be reduced by $600 on seven departures of seven Tauck global journeys in Asia, Africa and Latin America – the highest savings offered across Tauck's land portfolio, reflecting the company’s commitment to making these bucket-list destinations more accessible to solo travelers,” Tauck said.
“For many solo travelers, the true value of traveling with Tauck is the sense of ease, confidence and connection they feel from the very beginning,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.
“Our guests love knowing that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of – from hotel and restaurant reservations to sightseeing and transportation – and they consistently tell us how supported and welcomed they feel, whether it’s through the expertise of our Tauck directors or the camaraderie that naturally develops within the group.”
