Disney Wish: Photo Tour of Disney Cruise Line's Newest Cruise Ship

Photo Tour Highlights of the Disney Wish

1/36
The Disney Wish is set to disembark on its maiden voyage on July 14, 2022. TravelPulse was able to get a sneak peek at what makes this newest cruise ship for Disney Cruise Line so magical during the ship's christening ceremony. From the cabin rooms to the dining rooms to the entertainment venues and more, take a look at all the wonderfully imagined spaces onboard.

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

2/36
The Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah is very spacious and can easily accommodate five guests. There's a queen bed, single convertible sofa, upper-berth single pull-down bed and single wall pull-down bed. Each room also has its own private balcony, plenty of closet space and a work area. But one of the best features is the separated toilet area and shower. This allows for groups to easily share bathroom space. And for those traveling with small children, the shower area has its own bathtub and removable shower head.

Concierge 2-Story Royal Suite with Verandah

3/36
There are two Concierge 2-Story Royal Suites with Verandahs aboard the Disney Wish - the Princess Aurora Royal Suite and the Briar Rose Royal Suite. Located at the front of the ship, each suite features 2 main bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large living area, a dining room, pantry with wet bar stocked with water and sodas and walk-in closets. But most impressive are the private verandahs with whirlpools.

Concierge Wish Tower Suite

4/36
Most unique about the Disney Wish is perhaps the addition of the Wish Tower Suite located in one of the iconic red funnels on the upper deck. This 2-story suite has its own private entrance, 2 main bedrooms, a library/bedroom and a children's room equipped with built-in bunk beds. There are 4 1/2 bathrooms, a two-story living area, pantry, wet bar, walk-in closets and even a grand spiral staircase.

Grand Hall Entrance

5/36
All guests are welcomed onboard the Disney Wish through the Grand Hall located on deck 3. It is here that many of the character meet and greets will occur. A gold statue of Cinderella sits at the base of the Grand Staircase along with Lucifer and two hidden mice. There is also a stage and beautiful chandelier styled after Cinderella's ballroom gown and adorned with the interactive Wishing Star.

1923

6/36
Guests have the opportunity to rotate through the three main dining rooms during their journey. 1923 is modeled after the Golden Age of Hollywood and adorned with relics from the Walt Disney archives. The churros are a must here.

Worlds of Marvel

7/36
At Worlds of Marvel, guests will get dinner and a show. TV screens line the walls and feature short clips from Marvel movies as well as the showpiece entertainment. Guests get to participate in the action as each table's centerpiece is equipped with a Quantum Core. There are even characters that interact with the tables. The menu features dishes from some well-known Marvel locales.

Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure

8/36
Enjoy a musical delight with the celebration of Anna and Kristoff's Royal Engagement at Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure. The event is hosted by the eccentric Oaken who has just entered into the catering business, but Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and even a life-size Olaf make their appearances too.

Marceline Market

9/36
Replacing the traditional Cabana buffet-style restaurant aboard Disney Cruise Line ships, Marceline Market is a great place to grab breakfast and lunch. It is still buffet-style with food stalls, but all food is served to guests by cast members behind glass barriers.

Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods

10/36
Guests also have the option to grab a bite at one of the food stalls located on the upper deck including Donald's Cantina, Daisy's Pizza Pies, Mickey's Smokestack Barbecue, Goofy's Grill and Sweet Minnie's Ice Cream. Once again all food is served to guests by Cast Members. Donald's Cantina was my personal favorite, however, the pizza and barbecue were a close second. And my daughter loved the chicken tenders.

Walt Disney Theatre

11/36
There's nightly entertainment at the Walt Disney Theatre including a whimsical musical starring Goofy with fan-favorite Disney songs and of course the highly anticipated "Little Mermaid" musical. These shows are not to be missed.

Never Land and Wonderland Cinemas

Also onboard are the Never Land and Wonderland Cinemas. These small movie theaters feature newly released Disney movies. Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for showtimes during your cruise. Palo Steakhouse

25/36
Both adult-only restaurants on the Disney Wish are inspired by characters from "Beauty and the Beast". Here Cogsworth takes centerstage with guests enjoying classic steakhouse favorites with a modern Northern Italian spin. Personal favorites include the gnocchis and Wagyu steak.

Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement

26/36
Lumiere is the inspiration behind Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement - the second adults-only restaurant. The beautiful decor only enhances the wonderful dishes of Chef Arnaud Lallement.
