Albatros Expeditions is inviting Indian travelers to bring their own chef onboard its polar cruises.
The new “chef on board” offering, which is available to Indian groups, is intended to provide more comfort, familiarity and customization on expedition journeys. Travelers will be able to savor home-style meals or gourmet Indian cuisine while exploring some of the world’s most remote destinations.
“Indian travelers have always placed immense value on culinary experiences, and we are thrilled to facilitate this unparalleled offering through our exclusive partnership with Albatros Expeditions,” says Isha Goyal, chief executive officer of STIC Travel Group, the official marketing and sales representative of Albatros Expeditions in India. “The enthusiastic response we’ve been receiving reaffirms that bespoke experiences like these are the future of luxury expeditions.”
Last year, in a bid to be more inclusive of Muslim travelers, Albatros Expeditions announced that it would host the first-ever halal cruise to Antarctica in 2026.
