Carnival Cruise Line is introducing a new event series for travel advisors, called “Your Peek at Paradise,” in honor of Global Travel Advisor Day.
The five-part series will offer an in-depth look at Celebration Key, the cruise line’s new private destination slated to open in July 2025 on Grand Bahama island. Events will be held through the summer in Miami, Baltimore, Atlanta and Chicago, in collaboration with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation.
Travel advisors who attend will receive a “Golden Key,” which will give them a chance to visit Celebration Key before it opens. The cruise line will select 10 grand prize winners throughout the summer; an additional 15 first-prize winners will get a $500 gift card.
At each event, travel advisors also have the opportunity to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Carnival will give out commemorative “Travel Agents Rock” t-shirts for donations of $25 or more.
“Our travel advisor partners tell us exclusive destinations are often the most popular among many of their clients, so we’re utilizing this year’s summer series to give them exclusive insight that will enrich their expertise even before our opening,” says Adolfo M. Perez, Carnival’s senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing. “Celebration Key will be a premiere destination and we’re excited to share this inside look at our plans for it with our travel advisors so they can take their clients’ dream vacations to the next level."
