Cruise Planners is launching a series of new marketing initiatives.
Unveiled at its annual convention, the new marketing programs are designed to help travel advisors succeed.
“At Cruise Planners, we're constantly innovating to equip our advisors with cutting-edge, award-winning marketing tools that make client engagement and business growth effortless,” said Michelle Fee, founder and chief executive officer of Cruise Planners. “By providing fresh, dynamic content with ease, we empower our advisors to focus on what they excel at—crafting unforgettable vacations.”
The travel agency franchise network has an in-house design and marketing team that publishes more than pieces of direct mail each year, sent to clients on behalf of advisors.
The new initiatives include:
- Retargeting marketing campaigns that use customer behavior and intelligence tools to tailor materials to clients' specific travel interests, budget and life stage.
- A new river and expedition guide brochure that will be available in print and digital. It’s slated to launch early next year.
- A continuation of the Where2Next consumer series, which highlights trending destinations and includes exclusive offers available only through Cruise Planners travel advisors.
- An enhancement of its CP Social social media platform, including the incorporation of AI-powered tools.
Cruise Planners also unveiled several new tools at its convention, including:
- Advisors can now access cruisetour information within CP Maxx for select sailings. Enhancements to the existing Trip
- Summary tool, including new filters, easier bundling of multiple trip summaries, trip proposals and an improved interface
- Shareable hotel sheets from more than 2 million properties around the globe
- Navitrip hotel comparison sheets that allow clients to view multiple hotel options
