Oceania Cruises has launched an updated, enhanced and rebranded training platform for travel advisors.
Oceania Insiders University, formerly Oceania Cruises University, offers free self-guided modules that highlight the brand’s key features and elements.
Travel advisors can work their way through three levels of coursework, Core, Bachelors and Masters, with newly streamlined modules covering topics like food and drink, itineraries and Oceania’s loyalty program.
After completing all three levels and then making three bookings, advisors can earn up to $750 in gift card rewards.
The line also offers its Oceania Cruises Travel Advisor Center, a trade tool featuring marketing brochures and materials, voyage calendars, a booking dashboard, contact information for the Oceania Cruises sales team and other resources.
“Travel advisors are vital to both our business and our guests, and with this e-learning platform it ensures they excel at providing outstanding service,” says Brennan Quesnele, Oceania Cruises’ senior vice president of sales and trade marketing for North America. “We encourage any advisor to leverage the continuing education provided within Oceania Insiders University so that they can build brand confidence and reap the rewards of certification.”
