Paul Gauguin Cruises is offering a yoga and wellness sailing this fall, hosted by a pair of experts aboard the newly refurbished m/s Paul Gauguin.
The themed voyage will take place during the September 27, 2025, Society Islands & Tuamotus itinerary.
The 10-day cruise will be guided by two wellness authorities: Sarah Rothman, a board-licensed naturopathic doctor who specializes in Eastern and Western healing traditions, and Tammy Gibson, a yoga instructor who specializes in transformational movement.
Travelers can enjoy early morning yoga and Pilates classes, workshops on spinal alignment, discussions on natural wellness approaches and more.
